Edwina (we call her “Winnie”) is a doll! She came to the foster home as a companion to her sister, who had recently given birth to 4 kittens. The volunteers at LOCRA thought it was best for the sisters to stay together at first because they were both very shy. Edwina stayed under a couch for 4 days! It was then that her foster mom made the decision to force love upon her and it was the best decision ever! Edwina just melted! She purred and told foster mom all about her travels and the rest is history! She’s is so very sweet and loves pets and scratches. And if you’re not paying attention she will aggressively bestow her love all over you! She has a lovely singing voice and enjoys telling sweet little stories. She is still shy of strangers and it would be best if she was in a home where her family was comfortable “making” her love them. Don’t be shy with showing her affection, she will definitely respond positively! She’s only 10 months old so she’s still a kitten though very close to her full grown size. She loves to play and is obsessed with pipe cleaners!
